While this decision often pays off financially, decorating a smaller apartment provides challenges in terms of how you use the space. You can make a small space more user-friendly by using furniture that serves double duty or that hides clutter. When putting together an apartment like this, planning how you will decorate and use the space saves you both money and space in the end.

Because this type of design makes the piece of furniture look unencumbered and open, it gives the appearance of openness to the objects and room around it. One of the most enjoyable aspects of getting your new apartment is decorating it to reflect your personality. Staying within a budget can be a challenge, but you can furnish your place cheaply if you keep to a plan. If you can be a little creative, your place will be interesting and feel like home without you spending a lot of money.

   Make a plan. When you look around the rooms, ask yourself what style will complement the structure while satisfying your style. Pick up decorator books from your local library that contain photos that reflect many styles, including contemporary, traditional, chic and eclectic among. Choose a style that will work for you, and avoid buying things that don’t fit in with the rest of your decor.

   Set up a budget of how much money you have to spend each week or month. This will restrict your shopping to practical levels. You might have to save up for a few weeks for special items like a bed frame that might cost a little more. Use the budget to fill the apartment with your basic furniture like a table, some chairs, a bed, maybe a desk, couch and even a television or stereo.

What might be marked as a sale price in one high-end store might still be more than the normal price in another store. This is also a good way to find kitchenware. Glass and metals like stainless steel, brass, copper and silver can be cleaned and polished to look spectacular. Vintage books like the classic novels add a sense of hominess to an apartment.

   Do some trash picking. Although this sounds risky, if you travel to an upscale neighborhood the morning that they throw out their bulk items, you can find some treasures. Be very picky and look for quality, like solid wood chairs or dressers and strong metal objects. It costs you nothing to grab it and if it ends up being worthless, you can throw it out again.

   Get creative during the whole process of decorating. As you go through the steps listed, add the items that make an apartment reflect your personality like window dressings, photos, plants and lights. These things can evolve as you live in your apartment and from season to season. Don’t try to get them all at once, but enjoy finding them, one or two at a time.

وفي دراسة اخرى عرض باحثون في الدراسة، التي نفذتها “مايند لاب،” وهي مؤسسة تضم مجموعة من العلماء في بريطانيا، لعدد مختلف من الألوان والأضواء، ووجدوا أن اللونين الأزرق والأخضر زادا من إحساس الذكور بالسعادة، فيما جاء تأثير الأزرق والبنفسجي والبرتقالي مماثلاً على فئة النساء.

وقد عزز اللونان الأزرق والأحمر من مستويات الثقة بالنفس بين الذكور، وكان للأزرق والبنفسجي ذات المفعول على الجنس الناعم، كما اكتشف الباحثون أن التعرض للألوان عموماً له فوائد.

طوب فرعونى بالمعجون

طريقة العمل :تستخدم اى من انواع المعجون الجاهز و يفضل اكريلك او  سايبس او اى من الانواع الجيدة و من الممكن اضافة بعض
الجبس الى المعجونة او بودرة الممتاز 120 (المعجون الجبسى) ثم نستخدم سكينة المعجون فى طلى الحائط بالمعجون بصورة مكثفة بمعنى فرد كمية كبيرة من المعجون ذات سمك ،ثم نستخدم بروة متوسطة او مالك فى زخرفة المعجون كما فى الشكل لنصنع فيه بروز و نتوئات كالتى فى الحجر الفرعونى الطبيعى ثم نتركه حتى يتماسك قليلاً ثم نأتى بقلم و مسطرة كبيرة او قدة و نأخذ مقاسات كما نحب و يجب ان يكون حجم الطوب متساوى و ذلك بالنسبة للقالب ،فمثلاً اذا بدأنا بقياس القالب بعرض 20 سم فيجب ان تكون كل قوالب الطوب بنفس الحجم ثم الارتفاع مثلاً لو 10سم يكون كله متساوى ثم نأتى برأس مسمار او اى شىء يصلح لحفر الفراغات بين قوالب الطوب و انا افضل هذه الطريقة افضل من اللصق لانها قريبة اكثر من الشكل الطبيعى للطوب الفرعونى

الشكل النهائى: نأتى فى اليوم التالى بعدما جف المعجون تماماً و نستخدم الصنفرة فى تنعيمه قليلاً ثم نزيل تراب الصنفرة من عليه ثم نطليه بالبلاستيك الابيض كبطانة ثم بعد ان يجف ،نطليه بأى لون و يفضل ان يكوان نصف لامع كسايبس2000 بوند او 20000 جى ال سى او تريكس او اى من الوان الكمبيوتر الاكريلك النصف لامعة ثم بعد الجفاف تماماً ،نستخدم الذهبى المائى او الذهبى البودرة الذى يدور فى السيلر (و السيلر هنا الذى يستخدم فى الاستر و الذى يخفف بالثنر) ثم بعد الجفاف نأتى ببعض الجليز

او الاسبونش كما هو شائع نلونه باللون الاسود او البنى لنعتق به الطوب ليملأ النتوئات ثم نمسح الزيادات
